Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to a platform everyone can use.

Our commitment

Congif is built to be usable by as many people as possible, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings and labelled form controls.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element and a skip-to-content link.
  • Colour contrast checked in both light and dark themes, and no meaning conveyed by colour alone.
  • Text that scales, layouts that reflow to 320 pixels, and support for browser zoom to 200%.
  • Respect for the reduced-motion preference.
  • Alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
  • Right-to-left layout support for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu and other RTL languages.

Known limitations

Some member-uploaded images do not have descriptive alternative text, because it is supplied by the person who uploaded them. Machine translation quality varies by language.

Tell us

If you hit a barrier, write to support@congif.com with the page and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.
