Accepted methods
Congif accepts cryptocurrency transfers to the addresses published at checkout, and payments from your Congif wallet balance. The coins and networks available are listed at checkout and are kept current by our team.
How a crypto payment works
- Choose the coin and network you want to pay with.
- Send the exact amount to the address shown. Copy the address with the copy button — never type it by hand, and always include the memo or tag when the coin requires one.
- Upload a screenshot or PDF receipt as proof (up to 2 MB, in JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF format).
- You and our team both receive an email immediately. A reviewer checks the transfer.
- You receive an email the moment it is approved — or, if something is wrong, a clear explanation of why it was not.
Network warnings
Send only the coin shown, only on the network shown. Funds sent on the wrong network, or to the wrong address, are generally unrecoverable and Congif cannot reimburse them.
Wallet balance
Approved top-ups, refunds, referral bonuses and released earnings land in your wallet. You can spend it on most purchases and withdraw the rest. Some purchases do not accept wallet balance — the checkout screen always says so before you commit. Your available balance excludes anything reserved by a pending withdrawal.
Currency
All amounts are held and settled in US dollars. Your chosen currency is used for display only, converted at a rate refreshed several times a day. The dollar amount at checkout is the amount that is charged.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is 50.00 US dollars. Requests are reviewed manually for fraud prevention and normally sent within 24 hours. We may ask for identity verification before releasing a large or unusual withdrawal.
Fraud prevention
Every payment and withdrawal is reviewed by a person. We may hold, reverse or decline a transaction where there is evidence of fraud, where funds appear to come from an illegal source, or where sanctions rules require it. Attempting to defraud the platform results in permanent removal and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.
Never pay outside the platform
All payments stay on Congif
Every payment for a booking, experience, video call, membership, fan card or any other service must be made through Congif. Paying a provider, guide, agent or any individual directly — by bank transfer, cash, gift card, a private crypto wallet or any other method — is a breach of these terms.
Payments made outside Congif carry no booking protection, no refund rights and no dispute support. We cannot recover money that never passed through the platform. Nobody from our team will ever ask you to pay outside the platform, and no provider is permitted to request it.
If anyone asks you to pay directly, stop the conversation and report it immediately from the chat menu or through our contact page. Accounts that solicit off-platform payment are suspended permanently.
