Provider Terms

The additional agreement for everyone who sells on Congif.

1. Becoming a provider

Any member can apply to switch to a provider account. Applications are reviewed by our team. A one-off onboarding fee is payable when you apply; it covers review, verification and listing setup and is not refundable once the review has started. Identity verification is required before you can be given a verified badge.

2. Your listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish: prices, dates, inclusions, capacity and images. Listings and experiences may require approval before they go live. Do not list anything you cannot deliver, and do not list anything illegal where it would take place.

3. Pricing and commission

You set your own prices in US dollars. Congif takes a commission of 20.00% of each transaction. Your net amount is shown to you before you confirm any price and on every earning record. Logistics — travel, transport, security, staff — are yours to arrange and should be built into your price.

4. Payments to you

Earnings accumulate in your service balance as bookings are paid. You move them to your wallet when you choose, and withdraw from the wallet to any supported crypto address. Withdrawals are reviewed manually. Payouts may be held while a dispute is open.

5. Off-platform payment

All payments stay on Congif

Every payment for a booking, experience, video call, membership, fan card or any other service must be made through Congif. Paying a provider, guide, agent or any individual directly — by bank transfer, cash, gift card, a private crypto wallet or any other method — is a breach of these terms.

Payments made outside Congif carry no booking protection, no refund rights and no dispute support. We cannot recover money that never passed through the platform. Nobody from our team will ever ask you to pay outside the platform, and no provider is permitted to request it.

If anyone asks you to pay directly, stop the conversation and report it immediately from the chat menu or through our contact page. Accounts that solicit off-platform payment are suspended permanently.

Soliciting off-platform payment is the single fastest way to lose a provider account, along with any pending balance held for disputed bookings.

6. Availability and response

Keep your availability current and reply to booking requests promptly. Response time and cancellation rate feed into your trust score and your visibility on the platform. Repeated late cancellations can lead to removal.

7. Conduct

Behave professionally, lawfully and safely. Do not ask members for personal financial information. Do not use a member’s images or details for anything other than delivering their booking.

8. Fan cards

Fan cards are digital collectibles you design and sell to your audience. They must not promise anything you cannot deliver, must not imply a security or an investment, and are subject to the same commission. Every design is reviewed before it goes on sale.

9. Boosts and promotion

You may pay to boost a profile, experience, fan card or feed post. Boosts increase visibility; they never guarantee bookings, and boosted content is subject to the same rules and review as anything else.

10. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations and licences in every country where you operate. Congif does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf unless legally required to.

11. Suspension

We may pause or remove a provider account for breaches of these terms, repeated cancellations, unresolved disputes, or safety concerns. While suspended, your profile, listings and posts are hidden. You may appeal once.

12. Independence

You are an independent operator. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership or agency between you and Congif International Ltd.
