About Alex Palou
Consistency wins championships, not heroics — my job is to extract the same lap from a car whose balance changes every stint, and to say something useful on the radio while doing it. I came from Barcelona through Japanese Super Formula to IndyCar, which taught me to adapt to new tyres, new ovals and a new language at once. Race craft, simulator work and the engineering conversation behind a set-up are the things I most enjoy explaining.
