About Andrea Blas
I learned the game in Zaragoza pools, where water polo is less about size than about reading play a second before it happens. Club seasons taught me the unglamorous parts: the swimming sets, the repetition, the bruises nobody sees from the stands. I still train that way. When I talk about the sport I talk about what actually builds a player, and why the water rewards people who stay patient.
