About Archbishop Ieronimos II of Athens
Village churches in Boeotia, the monasteries and chapels of Attica, and the cathedral and administrative offices of Athens have been the settings of my working life. Much of that work is practical: the upkeep of old buildings, the running of an institution with a very long memory, and the daily obligations of the office I hold. I am glad to correspond with visitors and researchers about the historic churches of Greece and the care they need.
