Sitting down with me usually starts with a map and ends somewhere unexpected. I walk guests through the decisions that got me up Everest in 2017 and through all Seven Summits: the training years, the turnarounds, the saving and the planning. I speak candidly about altitude, fear and pacing yourself. I also love helping first-time trekkers set realistic Atlas or Kilimanjaro goals, the same ground I cover in my book.
