Buakaw Banchamek
Thai kickboxer from Surin - Muay Thai striking, pad work and ring craft built over a career of full-contact competition.
About Buakaw Banchamek
I came up in Surin, training before school and fighting for whatever the card paid, and the change came when I stopped copying older fighters and built a style that fit my own frame. Years of full-contact rounds taught me that technique only survives pressure if it was drilled honestly. These days I spend as much time on pads and in the clinch teaching as I do in the ring, and I like a session that ends tired.
