About Carlos Latuff
I draw for the page and for the screen. A cartoon starts as a thumbnail the size of a stamp; if the idea does not read at that size, it will not read anywhere. From there I ink, with a brush or on a tablet, keeping the line heavy and the composition simple. I have worked this way for decades, mostly publishing straight into open circulation. I am happy to walk through the process from sketch to finished drawing.
