About Denise Milani
Modelling looks effortless in the frame and is entirely technical behind it. I learned to work angles, hold a line and read what a photographer needs before being asked, and to keep the preparation steady: the conditioning, the sleep, the routine that puts you in front of the lens ready to work. Most of my career has been fitness and commercial shoots, and I am glad to explain how that preparation actually runs.
