About Dolores Redondo
I came to writing late and to hospitality early, and the two have never stopped feeding each other. Running a place in Navarre taught me how a room fills, how a menu holds a night together, and how much of a story happens between courses. Now I write novels rooted in the north, and I still think the best conversations happen over a table that nobody is clearing yet.
