Scaling a party is mostly a logistics problem dressed up as a creative one. With ID&T I learned that crowd size changes everything: the safety plan, the staging, the way a single idea like an all-white dress code has to survive being exported across continents. These days I put more hours into building companies and into the mental health side of this industry than into the dancefloor. I take calls with founders.
