Fadi Ghandour
Started Aramex from a small Amman office and built it into a global logistics company, then turned to backing Arab founders through Wamda
About Fadi Ghandour
Aramex began in 1982 as a courier operation nobody expected to survive, run out of Amman with borrowed capital and a lot of stubbornness. It became the first Arab company listed on Nasdaq. Once logistics was in good hands I moved to what interests me now: investing in and mentoring entrepreneurs across the Arab world through Wamda, and pushing companies to take corporate responsibility seriously rather than decoratively.
