I came to circuits as a physicist, which is why I have always started from the device rather than the diagram: what the silicon can actually do sets what the architecture may attempt. That habit — measure first, then design — carried into the companies I founded, where the hard part was never the idea but the years of engineering after it. I enjoy explaining how a technology is really built, step by step.
