Physiotherapy is detective work. I assess, I test, I compare sides, and only then do I treat, because the pain someone reports is often not where the problem started. Years in sport taught me how to make decisions under pressure: when an athlete goes back on, when they do not, and how to build the rehabilitation in between so the same injury does not return. I talk about that work plainly, without jargon.
