About Hassan Hajjaj
I arrived in London from Larache at thirteen, and everything since has been a remix: clubs, market stalls, fashion, the shops of Marrakech. I made frames from Coca-Cola crates and tomato tins, dressed friends in babouches and counterfeit prints, and photographed the veiled biker women who became Kesh Angels. Studio, shop and cafe are all the same room to me. Bring your ideas about styling, sets or making something out of what's around you.
