Hazel Brugger
Swiss comedian based in Cologne, writing and performing German-language stand-up and satire for stage and camera.
About Hazel Brugger
Stand-up is writing first for me. I test a line on the page, then in a small room, then in front of a few thousand people, and I keep only what survives all three. I work in German and I like material that stays precise when it gets fast. Hosting, a set, a scripted piece for camera — same approach, different length. I prepare thoroughly and I don't wing it.
