About Jari-Matti Latvala
I was competing on Finnish gravel as a teenager, learning roads that punish anyone who guesses. A long career at world championship level followed, with all the rhythm of recces, pace notes and very long service days. Moving to the management side gave me a different view of the same sport: the people, the logistics, the decisions taken long before a car starts a stage. Rallying has been my whole working life.
