About Kino MacGregor
Ashtanga found me at nineteen, when I could barely reach my toes and had no intention of ever teaching. Years of returning to Mysore changed that. I built Omstars so the traditional practice would reach anyone with a mat and a screen, and I lead workshops around the world through the year. My focus is the daily discipline itself, far more than any single posture.
