About Li Ziqi
Meeting me happens rarely and slowly, which is how I work in general. My films follow a single ingredient or craft from the field to the table, often across a whole season, and returning to publishing in 2024 meant rebuilding that pace deliberately. In person I would rather show intangible-heritage techniques, from lacquer to dyeing to Shu embroidery, than talk about the internet. Bookings need long notice and a clear purpose.
