Loris Capirossi
Italian grand prix motorcycle racer with a long premier-class career, now working on the sporting side of racing
About Loris Capirossi
I grew up around small bikes and short circuits in Italy, and it became serious very quickly, because I was racing at world level while still very young. Years in the premier class taught me how much of this sport happens off the bike: setup, tyres, patience, knowing when not to attack. These days my work sits closer to the running of racing than to my own lap times, and I enjoy passing that on.
