About Lupe Fuentes
I build tracks from the groove up - drums and bassline first, then the smallest amount of melody that makes them move. I like records that reveal themselves slowly, so I arrange for the long middle rather than the first thirty seconds. Behind the decks I read the floor and let a set stretch out instead of forcing it. Happy to talk production, mixing and how a house record grows out of a single loop.
