About Merieme Chadid
My work starts with patience: long nights at the telescope, careful measurement, and the slow reading of starlight for what it says about how stars live and change. Observing programmes take me to remote places where the sky is darkest, and I like translating that method for people who are curious. On a trip I can plan the observing window, set up the instruments, and explain what we are watching as it rises.
