Mýa is a Grammy Award-winning American singer, songwriter, producer, actress, dancer and entrepreneur whose influential career spans music, film, television and live performance. She rose to international prominence with her self-titled debut album in 1998 and became a defining voice of late-1990s and early-2000s R&B and pop. Her acclaimed catalog includes major hits such as It’s All About Me, Case of the Ex and the Grammy-winning global hit Lady Marmalade, recorded alongside Christina Aguilera, Lil’ Kim and P!nk. 

Beyond music, Mýa has established herself as a versatile entertainer through acting, Broadway, dance and independent music production. She also founded her own label, Planet 9, reflecting her evolution from recording artist to independent businesswoman and creative entrepreneur.
