About Nikhat Zareen
Footwork first, always — my style is built on angles and speed rather than standing and trading, and that takes hours of shadow work before any sparring. Growing up in Nizamabad I had to argue my way into a sport people said was not for girls, and that fight shaped my temperament. Two world titles and a Commonwealth gold later, I still train the same way. Boxing technique, making weight and self-belief are what I speak about.
