About Normand Laprise
Terroir is not a slogan in my kitchen; it is a list of names, farmers I have bought from for thirty years and in some cases helped to start. Toqué! opened when almost nobody in Quebec cooked this way, and the network we built matters more to me than any award. My approach stays simple: excellent product, minimal interference, cooked precisely. I take on only a small number of private projects each year.
