About Padma Lakshmi
Modeling in Milan paid the bills long before food did, and writing my first cookbook changed the course of everything. Since 2006 I have hosted Top Chef, and with Taste the Nation I travelled the country listening to immigrant cooks tell their own stories. I also co-founded the Endometriosis Foundation of America.
