About Rahel Frey
Leading a crew is half the job now. As team leader of the Iron Dames I balance my own stints with getting the best out of teammates, engineers and a programme that exists to put women on the top step. Audi's DTM factory line-up gave me the grounding; endurance racing at Le Mans and in GT championships gave me the perspective. I speak German, French and English in the same debrief, and I never get bored of a night stint.
