About Rodrigo Jordan
Leadership under uncertainty is what I actually study, and mountains are my laboratory. In 1992 I led the Chilean team that climbed Everest by the Kangshung Face, one of the least travelled routes on the mountain, and I have since led expeditions to K2 and Antarctica. Through Vertical I run leadership programmes for organisations, and I teach at university, where the same questions come back in a different language.
