About Ruslan Niğmätullin
Goalkeeping taught me to work in small margins: where to stand before the ball is struck, how to set my feet, when to come and when to hold. I trained the same way every week - repetition until the decision stops being a decision. I'm glad to talk through that side of the game with players, coaches and supporters, and to spend time at events where the conversation is about the sport itself.
