Cook alongside me and the goal is simple: you finish the session able to make the dish again without the video. Your Food Lab came out of professional kitchens, and I still test every recipe until it works with the equipment people actually own. Calls suit menu questions and technique fixes, while the in-kitchen sessions are longer, messier and far more useful. I do not do shoutout-style clips.
