About Sébastien Chabal
I started in club rugby in the south-east of France, a forward learning the game in its least glamorous corners: scrums, rucks, long winter seasons. Professional rugby carried me through years of that at home and abroad, and somewhere in it I became a face people recognised. I host and appear at events now, and I bring the same thing I brought to a pitch — preparation, honesty about the hard parts, and the humour that holds a dressing room together.
