Sofia Stefan
Italian rugby union player in Padua, working on handling, support lines, decision-making under fatigue and match-week preparation.
About Sofia Stefan
I came to rugby later than most of my teammates, pulled in by a club side that was short of players, and stayed because the game asks you to think clearly while you are tired. Years of Italian club rugby taught me that skills only survive pressure when they have been drilled to the point of dullness. Now I work with players and coaches on handling, positioning and the week that leads into a match.
