About Teresa Portela
Everything in sprint kayak happens in a very short window, so the technique has to be automatic. I work on catch and exit, on start sequences measured in tenths, and on the strength base that lets a stroke hold its shape when the lactate arrives. I am happy to talk through paddling technique, seasonal preparation and what a long competitive career actually asks of you, in Spanish, Galician or plain terms.
