About Tom Kerridge
Pub cooking done properly is what I care about — big flavour, no fuss, and enough technical work behind it that nobody notices the technique. The Hand & Flowers started as a small place with my wife and a tiny team, and I still cook the food I actually want to eat. I also talk a lot about weight, health and how chefs look after themselves. Straight answers, plenty of laughs.
