About Trine Schmidt
I ride track and road, and both taught me the same lesson: races are won by riders who read the shape of a group before it changes. I work through pacing, position and gearing — where to sit, when to commit, what a lap of the boards teaches you about patience. In sessions I talk through my own racing, break down footage, and give riders a plan they can hold on a bad day.
