About Verena Pausder
Building things and arguing for better conditions to build them in are the two halves of my work. I have founded digital education companies, chair the German Startups Association, and wrote Das Neue Land about the country I believe is possible. I am practical in conversation: what is the next step, who do you need, what is actually stopping you. Founders tend to leave with something they can act on that week.
