About Vicente García
A rock band called Calor Urbano was my first home, and it took years before I turned back toward the bachata and son I had grown up hearing in Santo Domingo. A la Mar was me writing toward the sea and toward the country I come from. Best New Artist arrived after more than a decade of playing. Roots music and arrangement are the conversations I enjoy most.
