About Vusi Thembekwayo
I was a shop-floor manager at twenty-two and running a division not long after, which taught me operations before anyone asked me to speak about them. MyGrowthFund now backs African entrepreneurs with capital and hard advice, and The Magic of Money grew out of the same conversations. I have spent years on stages and in boardrooms across the continent arguing that Africa needs owners, not only employees, and I do not soften that.
