Author and activist working on land, water and food sovereignty, Indigenous economies and organising that starts at community scale.
About Winona LaDuke
I write and organise from the ground up: reporting from the places a decision actually lands, then putting the argument in plain language an audience can act on. Most of my talks begin with land, food and water, and end with what a community can build for itself. On stage I prefer questions to applause, and I bring the same preparation to a room of thirty as to a hall of three thousand.
