About Yangdup Lama
Darjeeling to Delhi, starting as a bartender when India barely had a cocktail industry to join. That was 1994, and most of what I know I had to teach myself from imported books and stubborn practice. I co-founded Sidecar to prove that an Indian bar could stand on Indian produce and still belong on any list in Asia. Training the next generation matters as much to me now as anything I mix myself.
