About this experience
Registration opens at half past eight on the twenty-second floor of a harbourfront tower, with each guest given a badge showing only a first name and a field. The morning is two plenary hours on operating and capital, chaired by the programme team rather than delivered as talks. Guests then choose two of six working rooms, each capped at twelve and run under a no-recording rule, covering hiring, pricing, governance, expansion, product and exits. Lunch is seated at assigned tables mixed by sector. The afternoon repeats the room structure with a fresh set of pairings, then closes with a plenary hour in which each room reports what it agreed and disagreed on. Drinks follow on the terrace until seven, and written notes are circulated the following week.
