My method is simple and unpopular: train harder than the objective requires, then take out of the pack everything that is not survival. Latitude Zero carried me around the world along the equator under my own power, and Pangaea has since taken young explorers to the poles, the peaks and the oceans. I meet people face to face, on the ice or in the mountains, where a lesson actually sticks.
