The Congif Showcase: Six Sets in Mexico City

Doors open at seven in a converted warehouse in Roma Norte, with the night's six sets listed on a board at the entrance and staggered across two rooms so nothing overlaps. Guests move between them as they like. Each set runs twenty-five minutes, drawn from the platform's music and visual-art roster, and the programme team introduces every act briefly from the stage. Between rooms, a courtyard bar serves mezcal and agua fresca alongside a small print exhibition hung for the night only. The final set at half past eleven is played in the round, with seating cleared and the audience standing on all sides. Afterwards the courtyard stays open for an hour, and the performers come out to it rather than leaving through a back door.
