About this experience
The afternoon starts on Main Street in Flushing, walking a route of small counters and food halls: hand-pulled noodles, lamb skewers, dumplings folded to order, and a stop for whatever is worth queuing for that week. Bronson orders for the table at each stop and talks through what makes a place worth coming back to. The group then walks to a backyard a few blocks off the route, where a charcoal grill is already going. Guests help season and turn lamb chops, peppers and bread, and eat standing up as things come off the fire. Music runs throughout, and the conversation covers cooking, touring and the neighborhood. It closes with coffee, dessert from a bakery on the route, and photographs with the group.
