About this experience
Guests arrive at a private training floor in Kelowna for coffee and a briefing on how the day is structured. The morning opens with a walkthrough of the squat, bench and deadlift — setup, bracing, bar path, and the cues that actually change a lift. Each guest is then filmed from two angles on their working sets and given an immediate breakdown of what the footage shows. After a catered lunch on the floor, the group moves to hypertrophy work: exercise selection, effective range of motion, and how to build a mesocycle around a limited number of hard sets. The afternoon closes with an open session on programming, reading training research, and the claims that do not survive scrutiny. Guests leave with their annotated footage and a written plan built around their own lifts.
