We are back in Delhi this month to record a new set of conversations. Same approach as always: one guest, a long sitting, no notes on the table. I have asked the crew to keep the lighting soft and the room quiet, so nothing in the frame competes with what is being said.

What lens are you shooting for the close work? The older episodes had a lovely softness.
Quiet rooms record better and people talk more. Everyone learns this too late.
